  2. Make the filling: In a separate bowl, combine the crumbled paneer, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, chopped coriander, and salt. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Roll and stuff the paratha:Divide the dough into equal-sized balls. Roll out each ball into a thin circle. Place a portion of the paneer filling in the center of the circle. Bring the edges of the dough together and seal tightly. Roll out the paratha again to a thin circle.
  4. Cook the paratha: Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat. Place the paratha on the griddle and cook until golden brown on both sides, cooking for about 2-3 minutes per side. Apply ghee or oil to the paratha while cooking for a flaky texture.
  5. Serve: Serve the hot paneer paratha with your favorite accompaniments, such as yogurt, raita, chutney, or pickle.
