  1. In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, and salt.
  2. Gradually add water to the flour mixture, kneading until a soft dough forms.
  3. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the cauliflower, green peas, green chilies, cilantro, garam masala, cumin seeds, and red chili powder.
  5. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions.
  6. Roll out each portion of dough into a circle about 6 inches in diameter.
  7. Place a spoonful of the cauliflower mixture in the center of each circle of dough.
  8. Bring the edges of the dough together and seal the filling inside.
  9. Roll out the sealed dough into a circle about 8 inches in diameter.
  10. Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat.
  11. Cook each paratha on the griddle for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  12. Serve hot with your favorite chutney or yogurt.
